General information
Tre-vern is a new build Dutch style barn with the latest insulation and ventilation systems and amazing views.

- Additional equipment – we can supply shower stools, a Zimmer frame, trolley and wheelchair if required.
- Additional equipment can be hired such as Profile bed, mobile hearing loop, mobile hoist, shower chairs, can be hired please let us know if you have items being delivered.

- Assistance Dogs welcome and safe space to exercise.
- Emergency evacuation – we ask people to buddy up and will advise on procedures depending on your requirements.
- Large print information is available on line and displayed in the barns.
- Smart TV includes subtitles and good WIFI.
- Shared laundry facilities and drying room/space
- Fire pit/barbecue – each barn has a fire pit/barbecue provided on request.
- Food deliveries through a number of supermarkets available.
- Quiet spaces – plenty of quiet spaces indoors and outdoors.

- Accessible parking – this is by the barn. Please advise us and we will ensure the spaces are reserved.
- Entrances – 3 of the 6 entrances have brick paved slopes.
- Ventilation system – ensures clean air circulation throughout the barn
- Hand rails, in bathrooms and some doorways and firm oak banisters leading upstairs.
- Ground floor level access throughout.
- Accessible Toilet – on ground floor – door to toilet is 83cm wide.
- Bedroom Ground floor – Super king zip and link double bed with ensuite wet room
- Flooring – Ground floor bedroom has pale brown oak style flooring with underfloor heating. The kitchen and hall are highland grey stone with underfloor heating.
- Furnishings – a number of chairs with arm rests. Tables kitchen (76cm high) and garden (74cm high)
- Upstairs – 9 bedrooms Super king zip and link beds with wet room bathrooms,
- Flooring upstairs – carpets in bedrooms and tiles in wet rooms.
- Snooker table on ground floor.
- Outdoors – level access patio from ground floor.
- First floor balcony accessed via staircase – strong banister and handrails.
